These terms cover two things: how you may use this website, and the basis on which Ourivo ("we", "us") takes on client work. Reading this page doesn't create a contract by itself — actual project work only begins once we've separately agreed scope, price, and timeline directly with you.

About this website

This site is informational. Nothing on it is a binding quote, guarantee, or offer of specific pricing — pricing depends on what we scope together in conversation.

How we engage on projects

Work typically starts with a short discovery conversation, followed by an agreed scope, a build fee, and (where relevant) a monthly retainer to keep the solution running. That agreement — not this page — governs the specific deliverables, timeline, and payment for your project.

No guaranteed outcomes

We build the tool or system defined in your scope. Business results that depend on how it's used — leads generated, time saved, revenue — will vary and are not guaranteed.

Intellectual property

Unless we've agreed otherwise in writing, custom deliverables built specifically for you become your property once paid in full. We may keep and reuse general-purpose components, patterns, and know-how developed along the way in other work.

Confidentiality

Information you share with us during discovery or delivery is used only to scope and deliver your project, and isn't shared outside what's needed to do that work.

Limitation of liability

We aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website or from delivered work, beyond what's set out in your specific project agreement.

Governing law

These terms, and any project agreement unless it states otherwise, are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the courts of Bengaluru — regardless of where a client is based.
